With the release of Warhammer Fantasy 8th Edition last weekend, the Fantasy Staff for “Blood in the Sand” decided that the point value for the event will be increased from 2250 points to 2500 points.

The Rules Page and Rules Packet have been updated with this information.

Great News for Tides of War 2010.

Tides of War 2010 is going to be on the Games Workshop Tournament Circuit for the 2010-2011 season. What does that mean for you? The top 2 players from each event ‘Desert Assault’ and ‘Blood in the Sand’ will qualify for the 2011 Las Vegas Finals.

Tides of War 2010 will be a 2 Day Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Fantasy Battles Tournament being run by a joint venture of Adeptus Arizona and Phoenix Area Warhammer Society.

The 2 Day Warhammer 40,000 event “Desert Assault” will take place the weekend of September 11th-12th 2010.

The 2 Day Warhammer Fantasy Battles  event “Blood in the Sand” will take place the weekend of September 18th-19th 2010.
